We are delighted to welcome Jessica and Jérémie Le Calvez, from the Michelin-starred La Pomme d’Api in Brittany, for a four-hand dinner alongside our chef Sébastien Sanjou. In the kitchen, Jérémie, Sébastien, and Alexis will play their “pianos” to craft a menu guided by exchange, instinct, and precision, while Jessica and Micael orchestrate the service in the dining room.
