Edouard Deschepper

Passionate about real estate and hospitality development, Edouard has been the driving force behind Voile d'Or since its creation. As part of Voile d'Or, Edouard also manages Wainbridge's activities in France and the Caribbean. Since 2012, he has been responsible for overseeing acquisitions, structuring, financing, development and construction. His hands-on approach ensures that each project is executed to perfection, with a keen eye on the quality of execution and the financial performance of each property. Prior to joining Voile d'Or, Edouard honed his skills at Société Générale.

After training in hospitality and marketing, Candice Berger has spent nearly 20 years honing her expertise between the French Riviera and Paris, where she has built a strong reputation as a highly sought-after professional in the industry. Today, she embraces a new challenge: expanding Voile d’Or’s international portfolio and elevating the brand through a curated collection of villas, private residences, and hotels in the world’s most iconic destinations. With a strong marketing background and a keen understanding of the luxury travel market, Candice brings natural leadership and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

Clotilde Gorlich

After several successful international experiences in marketing and communications in the luxury sector, Clotilde joined the Voile d'Or team in January 2026. Throughout her career, she has developed a cross-functional and strategic vision of premium brands, fueled by varied experiences in demanding sectors such as tableware, fashion, and hospitality. With a modern approach and a strong creative sensibility, she now oversees the development of the digital marketing strategy and communications for all properties.

Sébastien Sanjou

Born into a family with a five-generation legacy of making and selling food in Bigorre, south-western France, Sébastien Sanjou has been cradled by French cuisine from the very beginning. In 2002, at just 20 years old, he opened his own restaurant in a beautifully renovated 16th-century farm house in the heart of the Var region. At the helm of Relais des Moines, he earned his first Michelin star in 2013 at the young age of 31. As a conductor of gastronomy, Sebastien uses the very best that his beloved country has to offer to create dishes that are nothing short of breathtaking. His culinary talent at the Trente-Trois was quickly recognized, and in just a few short months after the opening of the restaurant, he was awarded a coveted Michelin Star. His ability to elevate simple ingredients to new heights and his dedication to his passion make him a true culinary virtuoso and an invaluable member of the Voile d'Or team.

Xavier Thuizat

Born at the Hospices de Beaune, Xavier Thuizat grew up with wine in his blood. He composes wine lists like poems, always on the lookout for new gems and young talent. Crowned Best Sommelier of France and Best Craftsman of France in 2022, Xavier is always ready to share his knowledge with simplicity and generosity.

Thibault Le Gouis

After a Bachelor in hotel management at Vatel international school in Lyon, Thibault started his career with Hyatt Hotels corporation and held various management positions in Guam, Beijing and Qingdao. He then joined Rosewood Beijing as Front Services and Manor Club Manager prior to joining Mandarin Oriental Beijing as Assistant Director of Rooms. He successfully held the positions of Director of Rooms and project manager at Anthology Hotels | Zeitgeist Projects Ltd, Beijing, China and finally decided to return to France with his wife and children in 2022. Thibault strongly believes that people are the backbone of any organization.

Eric Morin

Coming from a family of hoteliers, Eric has been passionate about the hospitality industry since he was a child. After studying business and working in London and South America, he moved to the United States, living in Palm Beach and Washington D.C. before settling in New York 18 years ago. During his career, he has been involved in the opening of several luxury establishments and has held various positions at prestigious hotels, from the Four Seasons to the Langham Hotel, and more recently as Director at the Mark Hotel on the Upper East Side. His innate taste for hospitality, his attention to detail, and his passion for excellence make him a true hotelier, entirely dedicated to serving his guests.

Mary Kelly

Originally from Ireland, Mary worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for over 10 years in the USA and Caribbean. She worked for the Olympic Games in both London and Rio de Janeiro taking care of the residential component of the Athletes’ Village. Subsequently, Mary worked for Rosewood on a private island in the Caribbean before being Group Director of Customer Operations for a Property Development company in the UK before joining Belgravia Gate as General Manager.
